BWRT is a new way of helping people to achieve change - often really quickly. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which you may not need to talk about anything you would rather not discuss - often all that I need to know is how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead.
BWRT is a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGO.. It is unlike any other therapy you might have heard about or read about, using the latest discoveries in neruoscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better.
This new psychotherapeutic method is being used with many things including anxiety, phobias, fears and worries. More complex areas such as eating disorders, addictions, depression, anger, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), PTSD and OCD also have been shown to respond well with BWRT.
BWRT is often used in single sessions , but this depends on the issue the client wishes to work with. Where intensive work is required - such as where the client's core identity is being shaped by the issue, more extensive work through a group of sessions will be required. Grouped sessions (four sessions with the first session lasting 2 hours) will require payment in advance.
I am delighted to be able to offer this really exciting way of working, where is it appropriate for the individual client.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code with ongoing supervision. Find out more at http://bwrt.org
I am an Advanced Practitioner of BWRT and privileged to be a member of the British BrainWorking Research Society (BBRS).
